Camp4Cancer Lottery Main Draw with 50/50 Raffle
January 22 to March 27, 2025
1) Total value of all raffle prizes is $62,409.21
2) A maximum of 12,482 raffle tickets are available for purchase.
3) Ticket price is $25 CAD each or 5 tickets for $100 CAD or 15 tickets for $250.
4) The total value of the 50/50 Raffle is to be 50% of all 50/50 ticket sales.
5) Ticket prices for the additional 50/50 raffle are $10 for 5, $20 for 30, $50 for 150 and $75 for 300.
7) Valid ticket is receipt and proof of purchase.
8) Only valid tickets are eligible for the draws.
9) Tax receipts cannot be issued for ticket purchases.
10) Ticket purchasers must be located in the province of Ontario at time of purchase.
11) Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age.
12) Tickets cannot be purchased for or in the name of persons less than 18 years of age
13) All tickets for the Camp4Cancer Lottery, the accompanying 50/50 Raffle and secondary prize of a vacation package are sold through BUMP, A Division of Canadian Bank Note, systems and website.
14) The official online website for ticket sales is camp4cancerlottery.ca. Tickets sold through the website are provided to the ticket holder via a valid email address. Tickets may also be sold via face-to-face sales with Point-of-Sale (POS) machines at various locations throughout the region, starting at 10 a.m. on January 22, 2025, to 11:59 a.m. on March 27, 2025. Tickets sold through POS devices are provided to the ticket holder via printed ticket.
15) During the online and POS device checkout process, purchasers have the option to buy an additional 50/50 Raffle ticket. To purchase a 50/50 Raffle ticket, a Camp4Cancer Lottery raffle ticket must be purchased EACH TIME.
16) All valid tickets included in the early-bird prizes draws, including the early-bird winning tickets will be included in the main draw and the 50/50 raffle draw.
17) The following persons are prohibited from purchasing tickets in the CampCancer Lottery:

The Quinte Health Senior Leadership team and Board of Directors.

Employees of the registered gaming supplier, BUMP a Division of Canadian Bank Note Company Ltd.;

Employees of the Alcohol Gaming Commission of Ontario.

18) Early Bird Draws:
- The 1st Early-Bird Draw is a cash prize of $1,000. All qualifying tickets for the 1st Early-Bird Draw must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, February 12, 2025. The 1st Early-Bird Draw will occur at 12 p.m. on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at the Belleville General Hospital Foundation office located at 265 Dundas Street East, Belleville ON K8N 5A9.
- The 2nd Early-Bird Draw is a cash prize of $1,000. All qualifying tickets for the 2nd Early-Bird Draw must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, February 12, 2025. The 2nd Early-Bird Draw will occur at 12 p.m. on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at the Belleville General Hospital Foundation office located at 265 Dundas Street East, Belleville ON K8N 5A9.
- The 3rd Early-Bird Draw is a cash prize of $1,000. All qualifying tickets for the 3rd Early-Bird Draw must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, February 12, 2025. The 3rd Early-Bird Draw will occur at 12 p.m. on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at the Belleville General Hospital Foundation office located at 265 Dundas Street East, Belleville ON K8N 5A9.
- The 4th Early-Bird Draw is a cash prize of $1,000. All qualifying tickets for the 4th Early-Bird Draw must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, February 12, 2025. The 4th Early-Bird Draw will occur at 12 p.m. on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at the Belleville General Hospital Foundation office located at 265 Dundas Street East, Belleville ON K8N 5A9.
- The 5th Early-Bird Draw is a cash prize of $1,000. All qualifying tickets for the 5th Early-Bird Draw must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, February 12, 2025. The 5th Early-Bird Draw will occur at 12 p.m. on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at the Belleville General Hospital Foundation office located at 265 Dundas Street East, Belleville ON K8N 5A9.
- The 6th Early-Bird Draw is a cash prize of $2,500. All qualifying tickets for the 6th Early-Bird Draw must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. The 6th Early-Bird Draw will occur at 12 p.m. on Thursday, February 27, 2025, at the Belleville General Hospital Foundation office located at 265 Dundas Street East, Belleville ON K8N 5A9.
- The 7th Early-Bird Draw is a cash prize of $2,500. All qualifying tickets for the 7th Early-Bird Draw must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. The 7th Early-Bird Draw will occur at 12 p.m. on Thursday, February 27, 2025, at the Belleville General Hospital Foundation office located at 265 Dundas Street East, Belleville ON K8N 5A9.
- The 8th Early-Bird Draw is a cash prize of $5,000. All qualifying tickets for the 8th Early-Bird Draw must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, March 12, 2025. The 8th Early-Bird Draw will occur at 12 p.m. on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at the Belleville General Hospital Foundation office located at 265 Dundas Street East, Belleville ON K8N 5A9.
19) The Main Draw prize is a 2025 East To West Della Terra RV Model 220RBLE, valued at $47,409.21 including taxes. All qualifying tickets for the Grand Prize must be purchased by March 27, 2025 at 11:59 a.m.
20) The 50/50 Raffle prize is 50% of all add-on 50/50 raffle tickets sold. Tickets for the 50/50 prize must be purchased by March 27, 2025 at 11:59 a.m.
21) The Grand Prize Draw will take place at the Belleville General Hospital Foundation office located at 265 Dundas Street East, Belleville ON K8N 5A9. Date: March 27, 2025. Time: 2:00 p.m.
22) The 50/50 Raffle Prize Draw will take place at the Belleville General Hospital Foundation office located at 265 Dundas Street East, Belleville ON K8N 5A9. Date: March 27, 2025. Time: 2:00 p.m.
23) Winning ticket number, and name and city of residence of the winner(s) will be recorded and announced immediately after each draw through the event website and official BGHF social media channels.
24) The winner (s) will be notified by a Belleville General Hospital Foundation representative. Such information will include information about the prize claim procedure.
25) Winning ticket number and the name of the winner (s) will be broadcast by the Belleville General Hospital Foundation for the Camp4Cancer Lottery through the event website and social media platforms.
26) Early-bird-draw prizes can be picked up at the Belleville General Hospital Foundation office or shipping can be arranged.
27) Main draw prize of the 2025 East To West Della Terra RV Model 220RBLE is awarded on an unconditional ownership basis inclusive of all taxes, freight charges, pre-delivery inspection (PDI) costs and dealer fees.
28) Winner of the main prize must take delivery of the RV as awarded and is responsible for licensing and insurance from the time of delivery/ownership. Delivery of the vehicle is proof of delivery, Belleville, Ontario at Carl Cox RV 4091 Old Highway 2, Belleville, Ontario.
29) Privacy Policy: Personal information is collected for the sole purpose of completing ticket sales, identifying ticket purchasers and communicating with purchasers. For more information, please contact the BGH Foundation office to review our privacy policy.

32) In these Rules and Regulations, and in all electronic or printed material related to this lottery:
a) “AGCO” means the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario;
b) “Camp4Cancer Lottery” means the AGCO approved electronic lottery system designed by Canadian Bank Note and operated by the Belleville General Hospital Foundation
c) “Dashboard” means the Dashboard component of the computer- controlled system designed by Canadian Bank Note for the conduct of this lottery.
d) “Draw” means the random selection of a winning ticket number by the Belleville General Hospital Foundation through the Camp4Cancer lottery system.
e) “Player” means a person who is eligible to participate in this lottery in accordance with the Rules and Regulations.
f) “Prize” means the consideration or item identified by the Belleville General Hospital Foundation that is provided to the winner of the draw in return for the purchase of a valid ticket.
g) “Ticket Number” means a unique numerical sequence randomly issued by the Camp4Cancer Lottery as set out on a Valid Ticket.
h) “Valid Ticket” means the possession of a “Camp4Cancer” lottery ticket issued by the Belleville General Hospital Foundation that is not void.
i) “Winner” means the person who is the bearer of a winning ticket and who satisfies all the conditions established by the Foundation to claim the prize.
j) “Winning Number” means the number displayed on a valid ticket that matches the winning number of a draw.
k) “Winning Ticket” means a valid ticket that bears a ticket number matching the winning number of a draw.

Camp4Cancer Lottery Vacation Package Add-on Lottery Prize

Ticket price for the add-on ticket for a chance to win the vacation page is $50 for 1 ticket. Participants can purchase more than 1 ticket.

Ticket purchasers must be located in the province of Ontario at time of purchase.

The Add-on prize is a $10,000 vacation package, valued at $10,000 including taxes. All qualifying tickets for the Add-on must be purchased by March 27, 2025 at 11:59 a.m.

The Add-on prize draw will take place at the Belleville General Hospital Foundation office located at 265 Dundas Street East, Belleville ON K8N 5A9. Date: March 27, 2025. Time: 2:00 p.m.

The winner of the secondary prize will receive a $10,000 credit at Blowes & Stewart Travel Group Ltd. Belleville. The prize has no cash value and travel must be booked by December 31, 2025. The winner can choose their travel details and coordinate through Blowes & Stewart Travel Group Ltd. Belleville.
