Contest Rules

Participants must be aged 18 years of age or older. Tickets cannot be ordered in the name of a minor. Only tickets that have been paid for, or verified as being paid for are eligible to be entered into the ‘Camp4Cancer Lotto’ draw. While a buyer may reside outside of Ontario, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario rules state that the buyer must be physically located in Ontario when purchasing a ticket.

The following, and family residing in the household, are not eligible to purchase tickets:
• Staff of the Belleville General Hospital Foundation
• Belleville General Hospital Foundation Board Members
• Quinte Health Board Members
• Quinte Health Senior Leadership Team
• Management and Staff of Carl Cox RV Sales & Service

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to allow us, The Belleville General Hospital Foundation, and its licensed gaming suppliers providing services to this program, the right, if you are a prize winner, to use and publicly disclose your name, municipality of residence, image, photograph and likeness as a prize winner in any means required by the terms of our lottery license and/or that we consider appropriate for purposes of administering and promoting the lottery, without notice, review or approval or additional compensation to you.

The liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.

Tickets:

9,800 tickets will be produced and sold.

The Camp4Cancer 2024 Super Draw will have 3 Early Bird bonus draws prior to the main draw. An opportunity exists to win an additional $2,000 for tickets purchased by the first early bird draw deadline, $1000 for tickets purchased by the second bird draw deadline, and $1000 for tickets purchased by the third early bird draw deadline. Each ‘Early Bird’ ticket purchased before an early bird draw deadline, will be entered into that draw along with subsequent draws before being entered into the main Camp4Cancer RV Grand Prize draw.

One Forest River Salem Cruise Lite MODEL: 171RBXL, is available to be won, valued at $45,087.00, (including all taxes and freight). Three (3) Early Bird prizes are available to be won, one (1) with a value of $2000, and two (2) with a value of $1000 each.

Ticket prices are as follows:
– 1 ticket: $25
– 5 tickets: $100
– 15 tickets: $250

Ticket numbers will be issued in sequential order. The official ticket is a receipt of purchase. It is the responsibility of ticket purchasers to ensure that they receive their ticket(s); however, participants do not need their ticket/s in hand in order to be included in the respective draw(s). All sales are final. No tickets will be refunded after purchase due to the logistics of removing said ticket(s) from the draw mechanism.

Ticket purchases are not tax deductible.

Official Lotto ticket(s) will be mailed to the address provided at the time of the order within 10 business days. Tickets paid for online will receive an immediate confirmation that the purchase has been received and ticket(s) will be mailed accordingly.

Draw Control

Ticket fulfillment and draw control is administered by the Belleville General Hospital Foundation in accordance with guidelines stipulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and the City of Belleville licensing department.

The Lotto draw will follow a strict set of procedures as outlined by the AGCO. The winning tickets shall all be pulled under the supervision of representatives from the Belleville General Hospital Foundation.

The Main Prize draw shall take place at Carl Cox RV Sales & Service, 4091 Old Hwy #2, Belleville, ON K8N 4Z4. Once pulled, the winning ticket shall be deemed final and correct.

Prize Winner Notification

The winner(s) will be notified by a Belleville General Hospital Foundation representative. This communication will include information about the prize claim procedure. The winning ticket number and the name of the winner(s) will be broadcast by the BGH Foundation through our local media partners. The winning ticket numbers and purchaser names will also be published online through official BGH Foundation channels including www.bghf.ca on the day of the live draw.

Prize Claim

Each of the Early Bird prizes, and the Salem Cruise Lite Trailer will be awarded to the individual(s) named on the official purchased ticket. Receipt and proof of purchase constitute a valid ticket. The prize notification correspondence will be addressed to the primary ticket holder. It is the responsibility of the primary ticket holder to allocate the prize if necessary.

The prize value of the RV Trailer stated is correct at the time of the license application for the lotto draw as verified by the prize supplier, as per AGCO rules. RV Trailer market value depreciation may occur during the course of the ticket selling period. The winner of the Lotto prize is not entitled to the difference, if any, between the stated and actual market value at the time the prize is awarded.

The Main Prize winner will be required to sign a Full and Final Release prior to the prize being awarded.

Main Prize value includes taxes and freight.

The Early Bird and Main Lotto draw winners are asked to claim their prizes in a timely manner.
